slept into the noon and edited CB proj report before rushing out to meet baby e.
hes been a real sweetie for e past few days!
breakfast delivery to my place, buying me dinner knowing im still camping in school, and today surprised me with these NDP tickets real last min! :D
i felt so pampered! yay.

anw, back to NDP preview!
was late as usual. :x and we tried to reason out (me, of cos with my own excuses)
but ended up laughing at each other.

we were seated at the GREEN sector.
and damn! i couldnt get the PINK goodies bag! RAWR!
gotten the GREEN one instead. DOH!

manymany jar-pa-lang stuff inside. got eat one, use one and play one! hoho.
i totally heart the HEARTSHAPED HAND HELD TORCH! :D

it was really steaming when we finally settle down at the spectator area!
but thank god we ve got entertaining MCs!
and this year we have MARK LEE!!! he was damn funny!

it may be true he couldnt speak good proper english. But at least he brings out the true singaporean style into our BIRTHDAY and hes really entertaining! Personally, i wouldnt mind him! :D

besides, i must comment that this year’s parade was rather good.
creative and not-the-usual kind of performance.

then questions were targeted at each and every one of us individually with no help from others.
i dint answer correctly for mine. :/ damn sad.

and i bet its one of my worst proj presentation. gahhh.

i seriously loathe my tutor.
shes pure LAZY, no initiative, gives us the wrong info and always talk half way. assuming we know wad e hell shes talking abt.

simply put, shes nt fit to be a teacher. HEH.

on the bus today, was talking to bf abt me often getting hit on by MALAYS(no offence really) and coincidently a group of malays approached me for my no just now. :/ heh. plus i always got comments that i looked like a MALAY! REALLY MEH?! BAHHH.. idk if i should be happy or not. LOL.

but talking abt malays, im always amazed by how the girls always have the curves even when they re so small sized! i want to know their secret! HAHA! so envious!

amara peeps

plans werent confirmed, so got cancelled instead. :( boos.
rot till 8plus at night. birthday mood more or less gone. :/ but still managed to drag myself down to town to meet amara peeps. :)
was kinda disappointed cos things werent going according to plan. many unexpected situations, including awkward ones. :x
there were andy, apple, geng yi, yandi, chee seng and ivy. chilled at ljs cine.

i was then asked to go out ljs to wait for my surprise! hmm, i was suspicious and i thot maybe they bought me a cake or smth and gonna pop out from somewhere. but hell no.

kept waiting and waiting and waiting.. ._. nearly lost my patience and stop anticipating.. and i was engrossed listening to apple recounting her holiday in taiwan.. all until chee seng pulled apple a lil back and smiled wryly and i knew something is fishy behind me!

just when i wanted to turn around..

ahhh! BIG BIG SURPRISE! i swear this dint occur to me AT ALL! worst still i was messaging him whining all the while! :x i was in a state of shock but really JOLLY! really unexpected and i was in tears of joy! HAHAHA. he came with his popcorn and they bought up a mini “show” for me! so sweet right! heehee. even though its just for awhile, i was overjoyed! its definitely the highlight of dat day! :D sweet!

great fun and we simply go gaga over the smoke. LOL. doing all kinda funny actions and cam whoring. :D ♥ baby’s company and we simply chit chat non stop and chilled till 3 or 4am before cabbing home! :D roux saved my day!

6th june:
Zilra gang celebration

(i wasnt told of the itinerary for the day and who is coming. so i was just anticipating and anticipating the whole day! hahas, felt terrible not knowing what are the plans but i guess dats part of SURPRISES! :D)

okayy, in the amidst of my dream, my dad just shook me up and told me my friend is looking for me. but i was simply too tired, i couldnt be bothered and i thot he would settle it. thus, i went back to sleep. :x minutes later, dad came in AGAIN and said,

i had no choice but to crawl out of bed unwillingly. :/ bahh. frankly, i was cursing and swearing inside..like who in the world pops out early in da morin!

and when i open the door.. there is rebecca standing there smiling brightly. but i just showed her a really bothered and tired look. my bad. sorry babe. wrong timing luhs! but thanks for the surprise no. 1 of the day. :D (btw, i havent even wash up!) i slumped back to bed and left her to wander around in my house. :x

after some time i finally got on my feet again and get dressed. :) serena twin came too! then we set off to bugis to meet cy!

Surprise no 2:
they bought me to seafood harvest for lunch! :D
saw cy.. and..

got special privilege for “birthday girl”! supposed to pay extra for changing chips to baked potato, but was waved off. :) “special ice cream” + birthday song specially played for me. hohoho. :) heehee.

Surprise no 3:
they led me to the USUAL minds cafe at bugis! the SAME OLD place i celebrated my bday last year! :D hahahs. seems like a tradition to go there every JANICE’s BIRTHDAY UH. :)

the shop was EMPTY.. and suddenly i saw a super familiar face!

played games and stuff. damn fun and NOISY!!!
and they bluffed me that 20plus more people coming down later one by one!!! dont have loh! tsk! hahas.

and i was so naive to believe them! i was quite disappointed at first, cos a bit no link.. but i still went ahead. LOL.

okayy. call me noob or suaku, i never been there and i ve always wanted to visit the place! and i was damn EXCITED!
but was a lil turn off when i knew i had to walk this stretch of bumpy route to the bus stop when my heels were alr aching. :( boohoos. and worst still, the bus service was lag slow. :/ BAHHH.

then grace and weng entertained me by playing “go, back, jump” and “qing ni gen wo ze yang zuo” AHHHH. i swear im the noob-est of the noob-est! I CNT GET IT RIGHT! not even the TEMPO! :x i bet i dint bring out my brain dat day but who cares! im e birthday girl! HAHHAAS. :D

okayy. then yet again, we have to walk all the way in from the bus stop. ._. so inaccessible! and jiasheng was entertaining me with super racist lame jokes. HAHAHAS. and i pratically went NUTS when i finally reached there! pretended to be some cops on some secret mission. LOL. u wont believe that!

was asked to keep looking at my left while walking up..
they keep asking me to look at the flyer and they tried to convince me theres some display for me at the flyer! but i wasnt convince AT ALL! hahas. i mean it must cost a lot to display something from the flyer! so IMPOSSIBLE! so i thot maybe someone will just light some candles at the bottom with HAPPY BIRTHDAY luhs. but.........

new bffs surprise celebration and cousin meng + his wife-to-be :)

project meeting at eva’s place. :) she cooked spaghetti for us! yum yum. then proceed on to proj. doh!
after everything, i went out to the living room and took my bag, all prepared to go off.. i totally dint sense anything amiss!
until someone hinted me.. and i saw a birthday cake on the table just beside me! i think i was BLIND!

they were really really sweet! i dint expect them to put up a surprise for me! and on a proj day! hahas. :) and i dint noe they baked the cake themselves! it looked so good! and it tasted great too! :D
