Monday, 26 November 2007 WOOS.. my 100th post entry! :D thank you scandal grace phuaphua for helping me with my blogskin. finally a change. woosh.im back frm standard chartered pre-event! helping out to issue race entry pack. and my job? travel back & forth to take e correct size of shirts and bags to the runners. it was reallie tiring and i simply think dat its CHEAP LABOUR luhs. but.. it supposed to be a volunteering work.so NO GRUMBLING. :x i consoled myself by telling myself, got FREE adidas tees, breakfast lunch & dinner included and 20% adidas voucher! last but not least,$20 a day.  kissed. :) kah yuen, grace and jan. changed. :) johan.kah yuen, graceskipped sch on fri! got LOA. hees. but its worse than school can! got wake up at 6plus cause we had to report at suntec convention hall at 8.30am! however..we onli go in at 9 plus. -.- had briefing and tuna sandwich for breakfast. (it was so rush dat we had onli 5mins to eat!) standby at our station at 10plus. :) 11am the doors will open.  before work. our booths.we're e support counter crew. my counter crew was merlinda.  merlinda.i tot there will nt be alot of people cos its a fri and people SHOULD be working right? but im so WRONG. the big crowd just rush in when e doors were open. omg. and e stoopid system is so CROPPED UP! damn. so slow..... and people are getting impatient and e Qs are damn LONG.. oh man. we decided to use manual which is even faster luhs! we met all kinds of people.. some are understanding..some are unreasonable and so NOT understanding at all.. i mean its not our fault e system is damn slow or wad. and some just give us e stoopid face..-.- *slaps* some stoopid uncle are so uncooperative.. ask them to take out their i/c so difficult meh? still ask us " is it necessary? " -.- *slap slap* and some insisted on changing their shirt size. NO means NO. stop arguing! *diao looks* we are so busy dat we keep working all the way frm 11am to 4 plus then we can have our LUNCH! and our lunch was a rush one too.. onli 10mins. omg. when we finally SAW the end of the full marathon Q, we were so damn happie! and finally around 8 plus, we finished full marathon.. but half marathon are still crowded..so we had to help them.. the whole thing finally closed at 8pm! WOOHOOS. all of us were clapping and smiling. FINALLY.  FINALLY IT ENDED.the dinner was damn BAD. it smell SOUR. oh man. there goes our dinner. :(  on the way to dinner. off work!we Q-ed up for our pay and voucher, had briefing and we (grace,johan, kahyuen) went to have PROPER, NICE DINNER at PEPPERLUNCH! yay. just when i tot it was a happy ending... i found out i lost 10BUCKS! oh man! DAMN. :( damn sad. *screams* earned 20bucks,lost 10bucks. HEH. despite the 'busyness' i still manage to see chris, fangee and max! they joined half marathon. :) reached home around 11plus. and everything repeats the same for tml.. ------------------------------------------------------- i was late on 2nd day. =x 2nd day wasnt dat bad. they had 2 servers now and its damn fast! woohoos. i changed counter crew. took over gracephuaphua. (she is so hoping mad cos SOMEONE CAME! =x)  2nd day wasnt as busy. :D i even changed job with my counter crew. i became the counter crew instead. not dat tiring. hees. managed to have lunch and dinner at proper timing and wasnt as rush. we even manage to have break. hees.  kah yuen trying to POKE my dimple. -.- looking shagged.however, Q-ing for pay was long.. -.- and i decided nt to come on sunday. was too tired. :( went for dinner with kah yuen, ben chow, jo-an, sunny, ashley, maybelle and liyi at food republic. OMG.the food damn ex. had fishball noodles with extremely small serving for $4.20. -.- hees. saw q.many shuai ge! esp on e 2nd day. hahas. day one, grace's counter gt a Caucasian q.charming! and we were going gaga over him. HAHAS. =x i will miss those fun and those people. --------------------------------------------------- heh. after all this fun. its time to concentrate on studies. to do: -research and do up cds jap presentation -projects. -revision. (mid sem test coming!) -pom online quiz -revise acc. (teacher testing us again:( ) cannot wait for 2nd dec! standard chartered marathon! hees. theng sis will be there too! :D -------------------------------------------------- you're older than me and i expect you to be more mature and smarter. wadsmore you're trained to do dat job, not me.. -.- please act like your age. |
